Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship is set to offer retired professional boxer Mike Tyson more than $20 million to come out of retirement and fight in their organization, according to MMA Fighting’s Steven Marrocco.
“I think I know what we need to do to make this thing happen,” BKFC President David Feldman said.
BKFC reportedly offered Tyson, 53, $20 million earlier this month, but is set to offer more money, along with charitable donations, in their next offer to Tyson.
Tyson last competed in an official boxing match back in 2015, but a string of recent training videos Tyson has shared has fueled rumors that he is looking to make a comeback.
Tyson is aware of the interest in him, but indicated that there are plenty of options should he finalize plans to come out of retirement.
“We got so many guys that want to do this,” Tyson said, according to Complex. “We’re in calls—we’re doing business with guys you ain’t even going to believe the names when the names come out.”
According to TMZ, Evander Holyfield is reportedly considering coming back to fight Tyson for a third time.
