The Milwaukee Bucks will be looking to find another elite player to pair with superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, and they are expected to shop point guard Eric Bledsoe in an effort to do just that.
According to The Athletic’s Chams Charania, “Rival executives expect the Bucks to prioritize acquiring a playmaker and more shooting in the offseason to retool the roster around Antetokounmpo. Bucks guard Eric Bledsoe is under contract for multiple seasons and had another standout season by earning All-Defensive team honors, but he is expected to become a potential trade candidate, sources told The Athletic.”
Bledsoe certainly has value, and with the Bucks looking to bolster their roster following their surprising ouster at the hands of the Miami Heat in dominating fashion, they appear to be ready to be very active this offseason.
One potential target is Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Chris Paul, whose massive contract may not be palpable for the Thunder as they consider embarking on a full rebuild and trim costs.
Other potential targets include Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal, among others.
