Lions’ Kenny Golladay May Be Worth Sitting for Week 1

1 Min Read

Detroit Lions wide receiver Kenny Golladay continues to battle back from a recent hamstring injury, and as Week 1 approached, fantasy owners may want to sit Golladay for at least the first week of the NFL season.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Golladay will be “very limited” in practice on Friday due to the hamstring issue, per Lions head coach Matt Patricia.

With Golladay projected to have a monster season, the Lions may be cautious with him for Week 1 to avoid a more serious injury.

Fantasy owners should monitor his situation each day leading up to Sunday, but would be wise to prepare a potential replacement just in case.
