The Los Angeles Chargers have had a rough season when it comes to dealing with injuries to key players, but they are about to get some of those players back.
According to NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero, the Chargers have designated defensive end Melvin Ingram and defensive tackle Justin Jones to return from the injured reserve, and both players can now make their official return to practice.
The move gives the team three weeks to activate Jones and/or Ingram, but if either player is not activated they will be out for the rest of the season.
