Cowboys Trading or Releasing Dontari Poe, Daryl Worley

1 Min Read

The Dallas Cowboys have informed veteran defensive tackle Dontari Poe and cornerback Daryl Worley that they will be released if the team cannot work out a trade with another team, according to NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero.

Although Poe has started seven games for the Cowboys this season, he only has 7 stops to his credit and only one hurry, per Pro Football Focus. It’s fair to say that Poe has not lived up to team expectations.

Worley’s play hasn’t been inspiring either, giving up 10 receptions on 12 targets.
