Twitch Under Fire for Unbanning Controversial Streamer

Taking over the Monday chat circles and making twitch news headlines is the controversial move by Twitch to restore the account of controversial content creator Gregory ‘Onision’ Jackson.

Not only was Onision allowed back, but has maintained his partner status on the Amazon streaming platform, and many twitch streamers are expressing outrage over the decision.

According to Dexerto, Jackson’s account was banned back in January of this year, after streaming for only two weeks, and the channel currently has around 9,500 followers. During 2019, a number of disturbing allegations about Jackson, including a video resurfacing of his alleged abusive behavior towards former fiancé Shiloh Hogansen – where he is filmed saying “No one will ever know how much I abuse you”

Additionally, the report states that a number of young girls also came forward with allegations of grooming against him and his then-spouse Kai Anderson.

Furthermore, Chris Hansen announced that he would be collaborating with the FBI on an investigation into Jackson’s behavior back in October 2019. Hanson would be interviewing Jackson’s ex Shiloh as well as two of the young girls who accused him Jackson of grooming and manipulation.
