Denver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay is expected to play as the Broncos take on the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 8 action, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.
While Lindsay’s return won’t mean a ton of fantasy production, he is likely going to take a cut into the fantasy value of starter Melvin Gordon, whom he has played just two games alongside.
Due to that small sample size it’s hard to determine just how Denver will approach using both Lindsay and Gordon, but it’s a situation the fantasy owners need to monitor for the next few weeks, assuming no setbacks occur.
