Future of Odell Beckham in Cleveland Up in the Air

1 Min Read

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham is out for the year after tearing his ACL earlier this season, and it appears his future with the team is unclear.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, the Browns are set to play their first game without Beckham this Sunday, and it’s likely that he has played his last game with the Browns.

The Browns could look to trade him around the spring or the summer, and the report points out how Beckham has never really embraced Cleveland, and has had chemistry issues with quarterback Baker Mayfield.

Additionally, Rapoport points out how the team is playing better without Beckham in the fold.

It will be interesting to see what kind of value Beckham, who will be coming off a major injury, will have if the Browns do decide to shop him this upcoming offseason.
