Drew Brees Could Return in Week 15

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees may not be able to see the field again until the Saints’ Week 15 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Brees is “rapidly” improving from multiple rib fractures, a punctured lung, and a shoulder injury.

Brees was placed on the injured reserve earlier this week, and the Saints will now start Taysom Hill against the Atlanta Falcons this week, although Jameis Winston is also another option.
