Warriors Interested in Marc Gasol

The Golden State Warriors are looking to continue what has been an active offseason by targeting a veteran big man to bolster their front court.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Warriors are interested in veteran center Marc Gasol, who is also in talks with the Toronto Raptors about a return.

While Gasol is no longer the player he once was, he still provides veteran leadership and experience, and would be a great mentor rookie James Wiseman, who they selected with the 2nd overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.

Gasol is also drawing interest from the Los Angeles Lakers, and contemplating a return to Spain to finish his career as well.
