BLAST Premier has officially opted to continue their business relationship with Danish government owned TV2 to broadcast the 2021 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive season.

The continued deal will see TV2 obtain exclusive BLAST Premier broadcast rights in Denmark for a third consecutive year and will broadcast all seven BLAST Premier events in 2021.

“We are delighted to extend and expand our long-term partnership TV2″ Alexander Lewin, VP, Programming and Distribution for BLAST said in an official statement.

“TV2 continues to provide the perfect home for BLAST Premier’s Danish audience and we are excited to continue to push the boundaries and explore ways to produce premium and exclusive Counter-Strike content.”

“ZULU and Counter-Strike have for several years proved to be a perfect match and a wonderful and playful partnership” Sune Roland Jensen, Content Manager for TV2 ZULU and TV2 PLAY stated.

“We are excited to renew our agreement with BLAST, which represents many of the highlights of the esports calendar, and we strongly hope that during 2021 we can move from our own rooms and back to the arenas where the amazing and fast-growing esport also belongs.”
