Dolphins’ Jakeem Grant Out For Bills Game

1 Min Read

As the Miami Dolphins prepare for the most important game of the season, with the playoffs on the line, next Sunday against the Buffalo Bills, they won’t have wide receiver/returner Jakeem Grant available for the tilt.

According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Grant will miss Sunday’s critical game against the AFC East Division leaders due to a high-ankle sprain that he suffered during Saturday’s shocking victory over the Las Vegas Raiders that brought the Dolphins record to 10-5 on the season.

Grant has 36 catches for 373 yards and one touchdown this season for Miami, a season that has saw Grant relied on as a receiver more than ever, despite lackluster results.

Grant currently is currently the league leading punt returner on the season, so his loss will be a big blow to the Dolphins special teams.
