It has been a recurring theme this season – when Pittsburgh Steelers’ wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster takes a dig at the opposing team, that team puts the Steelers on their collective butts.
Smith-Schuster once again gave the opposing team bulletin board material with his comments last week, and it certainly stayed with the Cleveland Browns as they trounced the Steelers during Sunday’s Wild Card playoff game, ending the Steelers season.
Following the big win, Browns’ quarterback Baker Mayfield took to Instagram with a simple post celebrating the Browns first playoff victory since 1994, and referenced Smith-Schuster’s comments.
“Browns is the Browns”, Mayfield said, with a video package of highlight plays throughout the season.
It is truly the ultimate last word as the Browns now move on to the Divisional Round of the playoffs, while the Steelers will be watching from home.
