Jimmy Uso was arrested for DUI on Monday Night according to a TMZ Sports report. (Jonathan Fatu) was pulled over for driving 50 mph in a 35 mph zone in Pensacola, Florida.

Police smelled alcohol and asked Uso to step out of his vehicle. He admitted to consuming “multiple” beers before getting behind the wheel. Both of Uso’s blood alcohol tests (BAC) came back reading .205 & .202, which were over two-and-a-half times the legal blood alcohol limit.

Uso was arrested on a misdemeanor DUI charge and issued citations for speeding and running a red light. He was released on $500 bond.

Jimmy Uso has been arrested multiple times during the past several years due to alcohol-related incidents. Uso’s last arrest for drunk driving came in July of 2019, in which he was also charged with DUI in Pensacola. Prior to that, he was arrested in Detroit for a drunken dispute with authorities. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction, and also had been arrested for a DUI in 2011.

After returning from over a year long injury, Jimmy Uso returned to SmackDown in early May. He was thrust into the Samoan Family Dynasty storyline, involving twin brother Jey Uso and Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Jimmy Uso mixed it up with Edge on SmackDown last Friday night.

According to WrestleVotes WWE is reportedly upset with Jimmy Uso’s recent arrest for DUI. “I’ve spoken to two sources this morning on the Jimmy Uso news. I can say with certainty that a few “high level people in power” are extremely disappointed & legitimately pissed off over the arrest. This many times isn’t a mistake or bad luck. It’s personal judgment. Not good.” It’s safe to say that Jimmy Uso has a problem and needs to recognize before it’s too late.
