WWE superstar Jimmy Uso was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after he was pulled over by police in Pensacola, Florida at around 10:35 PM Monday evening when officers saw him running a red light and speeding, according to TMZ Sports.
This isn’t the first time Uso, real name Jonathan Fatu, was arrested for DUI, and his bond is currently set at $500, according to jail records.
According to police documentation, the 35-year old Uso was asked to exit his vehicle and was noticeably swaying and smelled of booze and police claim that Uso had told them he had consumed “multiple” beers prior to driving.
Police claim that Uso’s BAC breath tests came back at .202 and .205 — well above Florida’s legal limit of .08. Uso was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge, and he’s currently still behind bars, and this marks the second time during the last two years that Uso has been accused of drunk driving.
