The Tennessee Titans will likely have to play out the remainder of their season without starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill due to a right ankle injury that will likely require surgery, according to ESPN’s Turron Davenport.
Tannehill suffered the injury during Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers when Chargers outside linebacker Khalil Mack landed on Tannehill’s right foot during the Titans’ first offensive drive.
With Tannehill out, the Titans will turn to Malik Willis, with Joshua Dobbs backing him up.
The Titans are currently leading the AFC South division, but their 7-7 record has them only leading the division by one game following a four-game losing streak. The Titans will look to get backj on track on Saturday when they take on the Houston Texans.
