The Kansas City Chiefs officially moved on from tackle Orlando Brown Jr. and brought in a very viable replacement in Jacksonville Jaguars offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Taylor, 25, lands with the Super Bowl champions on a four-year, $80 million deal that includes $60 million guaranteed.

Taylor hit the market after making big strides during the 2022 season, a massive turnaround from a brutal stretch from 2019 t0 2021 in which Taylor gave up a league-high 40 sacks and posting the 56th-best pass block win rate as an offensive tackle (84.5%).

Taylor only gave up six sacks and inished 37th in pass block win rate among offensive tackles (88.8%) last season.
