Denver Nuggets superstar Nikole Jokic will not be suspended by the league for his sideline incident with Phoenix Suns owner Mat Ibisha during Game 4 of the Western Conference Semi-Finals against the Suns.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the league officially announced that they have fined Jokic $25,000 for his slight push of  Ishbia during Game 4 action while trying to retrieve the ball in the crowd, but he’ll be available to play Tuesday night in Game 5 in Denver.

Jokic was assessed a technical foul during the game.

“Great win for the Suns last night in an amazing series so far! That should be and is the only story,” Ishbia during a tweet. “Suspending or fining anyone over last nights incident would not be right. I have alot of respect for Jokic and don’t want to see anything like that. Excited for game 5! Go Suns!”

The Suns and Nuggets play Game 5 tonight in Denver with the series tied 2-2.
