Racing legend All Unser Jr., who wont the Indianapolis 500 two times, was arrested in Indianapolis, Indiana for drunk driving early Monday morning.
Under, 57, was reportedly pulled over in Hendricks County where officers suspected that he was drunk and he was booked around 2:30 AM and he is now facing 3 charges, according to a report from TMZ Sports.
Unser is now facing charges such as improper lane usage, speeding and operating while intoxicated, and his mug shot shows that he may not be too concerned with what went down and the charges he was hit with.
This isn’t the first time Unser has been arrested for drunk driving, as he was popped back in 2007 and again in 2011. Unser was also arrested back in 2002 following an alcohol-fueled altercation with his then-girlfriend.
Unser retired from racing back in 2007 following an amazing career.
