Sage Northcutt Undergoes Surgery Following Knockout

Sage Northcutt made headlines this weekend for all the wrong reasons as he was knocked out in 29-seconds during his ONE Championship debut in a knockout so brutal that it required surgery to address the damage he incurred.

Northcutt, 23, was on the receiving end of a devastating knockout at the hands of Cosmo Alexandre which sent Northcutt crashing to the canvas with a violent face plant.

Northcutt posted the image to his official Instagram page stating that he suffered 8 fractures from the knockout punch and forced him to undergo around 9 hours of surgery in Singapore. Not the debut that the former UFC fighter was looking to make.
