WWE superstar Jeff Hardy was reportedly found passed out in a public stairwell when police officers arrested him on Saturday, according to TMZ Sports.
Police documents cited in the report indicated that Hardy reeked of booe, and he admitted to drinking vodka prior to cops finding him passed out.
Hardy, 41, who paid a $153 ticket for public intoxication, will not be facing any further legal trouble as his case is now considered closed.
Hardy is recovering from knee surgery he underwent earlier this year and has been undergoing rehab to get back in the ring.
It’s unclear if he will face any discipline from WWE for the arrest.
