Cincinnati Bengals veteran cornerback Trae Waynes suffered a pectoral injury during practice on Monday, according to NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero.

Waynes, 28, who could miss substantial time with the injury, is seeking a second opinion on the injury and could be out for up to two months.

The Bengals signed Waynes to a three-year contract worth $42 million during the offseason.
