The New York Jets have cut veteran running back Kenneth Dixon, ending his short stint with the team on Wednesday.
In a corresponding move, the Jets used the available roster spot created by the release of Dixon for the addition of wide receiver Chris Hogan.
A former fourth-round draft pick of the Baltimore Ravens, Dixon managed only 60 carries for the Ravens last season, following a 2018 campaign that saw him average a robust 5.6 yards per carry.
