If you have Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey on your fantasy football team, you may want to keep an eye on next week’s game.
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, McCaffrey could be available to play in the Panthers’ game against the Detroit Lions next week.
McCaffrey made his return from a high ankle sprain last week, but is back on the shelf due to a shoulder injury, which will keep him out of this Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
McCaffrey, a fantasy superstar, has been limited to just 3 games this season, running for 225 yards and 5 rushing touchdowns, to go along with 17 receptions for 149 yards and a receiving touchdown on the season.
The Panthers will again turn to Mike Davis to take over the reps with McCaffrey out. Davis has been solid in relief, rushing for 353 yards along with 43 receptions and 278 receiving yards on the season.
