While the New Orleans Saints will have quarterback Drew Brees back in the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs, they won’t have wide receiver Michael Thomas.
Thomas, who did not participate in practice this week, has been officially ruled out for Week 15, leaving the Saints without their top passing weapon as they go up against one of the most prolific and dynamic offenses.
It has been a rough year for Thomas, who was at one time considered one of the most dependable wide receivers in the game, as he has been limited due to injuries and a team suspension.
The Saints face a big game on Sunday, and another loss could severely hurt their chances of securing a bye in the playoffs.
