Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, one of the hottest names being linked and interviewing for a number of head coaching jobs this offseason, has reportedly informed teams that he is staying with the Cowboys, according to NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero.
Quinn received interview requests from six teams for their head coaching openings, but ultimately decided that he would remain the defensive coordinator in Dallas so they can try to win a Super Bowl next season.
It appears Quinn is planning to re-enter the head coaching market following next season and should the Cowboys advance further in 2022, and perhaps win a championship, than he will be the cream of the crop of available coaches.
