Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowl guard Brandon Brooks has officially announced his retirement following a brilliant 10-year career, in an announcement posted to the official Twitter account of the Eagles.

Brooks started his career with the Houston Texans, where he spent four seasons prior to signing with the Eagles prior to the 2017 season. Brooks made three consecutive Pro Bowls during his tenure in Philly and was a big part of their first-ever Super Bowl championship victory.

Brooks missed the entire 2020 season due to a torn Achilles tendon and missed all but two games during the 2021 season due to a torn pectoral muscle.
