The Las Vegas Raiders and veteran franchise quarterback Derek Carr have agreed to terms on a three-year, $121.5 million contract extension that keeps Carr under contract through the 2025 season, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
According to NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo, Carr’s new contract includes a no-trade clause, which only a dozen or so NFL players currently have as part of their contracts. Carr, 31, will now earn an average of $40.5 million, placing him fifth among quarterbacks.
