Los Angeles Angels superstar pitcher/slugger Shohei Ohtani is already chipping away at the franchise record books and he just matched an Angels franchise record that he is likely going to break this season.
Following his two-homer performance during the Angels’ 10-0 rout of the Detroit Lions, Ohtani has clocked six multi-homer games this season which ties Troy Glaus, who accomplished the feat playing for the Angels back in 2000.
Glaus and Ohtani are now tied for the most multi-homer games during a season in Angels franchise history.
