Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray addressed the rumors surrounding a potential beef with teammate Bones Hyland as well as Hyland’s name popping up in the rumor mill with the NBA trade deadline approaching.
‘It’s tough for Bones, man” Murray said, according to the Denver Post’s Mike Singer. “No one wants to be in this position. … He’s doing his best. Me and him are cool, we don’t have no problems. Just trying to keep him in good spirits and know that his time’s coming.’”
As far as a potential beef, Murray was quick to clear the air following a post Murray made on social media that appeared to take a shot at Hyland, with a number of Hyland’s friends blasting Murray as a result.
