The Dallas Cowboys have announced that veteran defensive end Randy Gregory has been removed from the commissioner’s exempt list and placed on their active roster.

Gregory, 27, may see his first action since 2018, as he hasn’t played an NFL game since being hit with his fourth career suspension during the 2019 offseason.

Gregory has been practicing with the team for the past few weeks, and has an opportunity to play this upcoming weekend, according to the Dallas Morning News’ Michael Gehlken.
