The Las Vegas Raiders could be another team that could be making some big changes at the quarterback position this offseason, which would mean that would be moving on from current quarterback Derek Carr.
According to NFL Network insiders Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo, and Tom Pelissero, the Raiders have been receiving calls from teams interested in a potential trade for Carr, who could end up being one of the biggest names moved this offseason.
Carr, 29, is under contract through 2022, and is coming off an impressive season in which he nearly led the Raiders to the playoffs. Carr fueled a Raiders offense that was Top 10 in the league in total offense and points per game.
It has been rumored that the Raiders could use a Carr trade to help facilitate a trade for disgruntled Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, but recent reports indicate that the Texans have shut down any inquiries.
